微生态制剂对青海细毛羊营养物质消化率、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:10

Effects of microecological agents on nutrient digestibility,slaughter performance and meat quality of Qinghai fine-wool sheep

摘要 为了研究日粮中添加不同水平微生态制剂对青海细毛羊营养物质消化率、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,为微生态制剂在青海细毛羊生产中的合理应用提供参考依据,课题组将45只青海细毛羊随机分为3组(对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加500,1 000 mg/kg的微生态制剂,通过测定各处理组粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、干物质及无氮浸出物含量和屠宰率、净肉率、胴体脂肪含量(GR值)、眼肌面积、肉色、大理石纹、p H值、剪切力、滴水损失、熟肉率等检测指标方面的差异,分析不同添加水平微生态制剂对青海细毛羊营养物质消化率、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。结果表明:Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与对照组相比,粗脂肪、粗纤维、干物质消化率、屠宰率、净肉率、p H值、剪切力、滴水损失、熟肉率均差异显著(P<0.05)。说明在青海细毛羊基础日粮中添加500,1 000 mg/kg微生态制剂均能显著提高绵羊的营养物质消化率和屠宰性能,改善绵羊肉品质(P<0.05)。 To study effects of adding different levels of microecelogieal agents to the diet on nutrient digestibility, carcass performance and meat quality of Qinghai fine - wool sheep, and provide a reference to rational application of microecological agents in production of Qinghai fine - wool sheep. Forty - five Qinghai fine - wool sheep were randomly divided into 3 groups by the research group, including a control group, group I, and group II. The control group was fed basal diet, group I and group II were fed basal diet added with 500 and 1000 mg/kg of micreecological agents. The effects of adding different levels of microecological agents on nutrient digestibility, carcass performance and meat quality of Qinghai fine -wool sheep were analyzed through determining the differences in the contents of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, dry matter, and nitrogen free extract, as well as dressing percentage, net meat rate, carcass fat content, loin eye -muscle area, meat color, marbling, po- terttial of hydrogen (pH) value, shear force, drip loss, cooked meat rate, and other detection indexes. The results showed that the differences in the crude fat digestibility, crude fiber digestibility, dry matter digestibility, dressing percentage, net meat rate, shear force, pH value, drip loss, cooked meat rate in the group I and group II were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with the control group. The results indicate that adding 500 and 1000 mg/kg of microecelogical agents in the basal diet can significantly increase ( P 〈 0. 05 ) the nutrient digestibility and slaughter performance of Qinghai fine - wool sheep, and improve sheep meat quality.
