摘要
1病例报告患儿,女,20个月,因右侧鼻腔通气不良伴血涕1个月、加重10d入我院。3个月前右耳反复中耳炎发作,予以抗感染治疗后好转;2个月前发现小细胞低色素性贫血,予以补铁对症治疗;50d前因发热（最高38.5℃）、肝功能异常于我院儿科诊断为＂肝损害＂予以对症治疗后好转。入我科查体：一般状态及反应良好,无贫血貌,皮肤及巩膜无黄染,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,两肺呼吸音粗。
Langerhans cell histiocytosis（LCH）is a rare histiocytic disorder.Here,we report a rare case of multisystem LCH in a 20-month-old children presenting nasal congestion,fever,abnormal liver function,anemia,and skin damage.The radiograph computed tomography showed an osteolytic lesion in the lateral skull base with tumor extension.Pathological biopsy was performed,and the histopathologic diagnosis was LCH.A general review of LCH,including clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prgognosis,is presented.
