摘要
中性粒细胞作为机体固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,除了抵抗病原微生物外,还参与多种病理生理过程,包括肿瘤及其相关性疾病。2004年,中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)这一现象被首次报道。活化的中性粒细胞通过向细胞外释放去聚化的染色质,形成网状结构,即NETs。本文综述了NETs在肿瘤细胞增殖、远处转移及其在肿瘤相关性血栓形成中的作用,探讨NETs特异性标志物如瓜氨酸化组蛋白在肿瘤血栓前状态中的应用前景,并初步探讨NETs抑制剂用于治疗肿瘤相关性疾病的可能性。鉴于NETs领域的快速发展,其可能为肿瘤相关性血栓形成甚至肿瘤本身提供新的治疗靶点。
As an important component of innate immune system, aside from anti-pathogenic microbes, nentrophil is also involved in many other physiological processes, including tumor-related diseases. In 2004, the phenomenon of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) was first reported. Extraeellular decondensed chromosome, released from activated neutrophil, forms a network struc- ture, which is called NET. This review focused on the function of NETs in tumor cell proliferation, metastasis and tumor-associated thrombosis. It also discussed the application of NETs specific marker such as citrullinated histone in the diagnosis of pre-thrombotie state, and the potential clinical use of NETs inhibitor in tumor-related diseases. In view of the rapid development of NETs, it may provide new therapeutic targets for tumor-associated thrombosis, and even tumor itself.
