抗胃癌中成药的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Traditional Medicines for Gastric Cancer

胃癌是发生在胃上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,发病率及死亡率均较高。中医药可应用于胃癌患者的围手术期、放疗和化疗等全过程,可提高综合疗效,减少放化疗的不良反应,提高患者的免疫力,减轻临床症状及改善患者的生活质量。本文主要对常用于治疗胃癌的中成药如消癌平注射液(胶囊)、华蟾素注射液(胶囊)、复方苦参注射液等及胃痛症状用药和减轻放化疗后不良反应用药的研究进展进行综述,并分析应用中成药治疗胃癌存在的问题及可能的解决思路。

The gastric carcinoma is a kind of malignant tumor in the gastric epithelial tissue. It often has high morbidity and mortality. The traditional Chinese medicine could be applied in the whole treatment process as perioperative period, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients. It could enhance the immunity of patients, attenuate the adverse effects of radio- or chemotherapy and alleviate the clinical symptoms, so that it could eventually improve the comprehensive curative effects and living quality of the patients finally. In this paper, we summarized the research progress in the anti-gastric cancer traditional Chinese patent medicines such as Xiao Ai Ping injection （capsule）, Cinobufacini injection （capsule） and compound Kushen injection, as well as some adjuvant Chinese medicines. We also analyzed the problems of Chinese patent medicines in treating gastric cancer and the possible solutions.
