目的对高危药品在住院药房的管理进行规范,保障高危药品的安全使用。方法找出管理中存在的问题,进行整理归类,并查阅文献搜集国内外多家医疗机构的管理经验和策略,建立合理的住院药房管理模式。结果对高危药品分级管理、健全管理制度、规范操作流程、加强信息化管理和业务学习等措施有助于提高高危药品安全管理的水平。结论实行的多项举措能明显降低高危药品的使用风险,提升住院药房的药学服务水平。

Objective To regulate the management of high-alter medication in hospital pharmacy, and to ensure the safe use of high-after medic, ation. Methods To find ont the problems in management, sorting, and consulting the literature to collect domestic and foreign medical institutions of management experience and slrategy, establish a reasonable fit inpatient pharmacy management model. Results It is helpful to improve the management of high-alter medication in the aspects of classification management,perfect management system, standard operation procedure, strengthening information management and business study. Conclusion A number of initiatives can significantly reduce the use of high-alter medication, improve the level of inpatient pharmacy services.
