Based on the late Qing＇ s Islamic scholar Ma Dexin＇ s ethical thoughts, this article discusses the debates and dialogues over ethics between Islam and Confucianism. It gives high comments on the realistic meaning and value of Ma Dexin＇ s ethical thoughts over Islam-Confucianism dialogues.
