摘要
基于邯邢区大水岩溶矿山南李庄铁矿工程建设环境、突水防治技术难题、淹井事件梳理及含水层突水机理的综合分析,通过工程"探、堵、截"防治水综合技术方案的系统研究,以及施工过程中S孔探注、超前小导管围岩稳固及化学浆液适用等方法和措施的应用,最终成功完成副井井筒掘砌施工,对类似施工环境的矿山建设具借鉴意义。
The comprehensive analysis on engineering construction environment of water karst mine of Nanlizhuang iron mine in Hanxing,technical issues of water inrush and flood control,shaft-flooding events,and aquifer water inrush mechanism are carried out. Based on these,and by means of systematic research on integrated technical solution of water prevention and control "exploring,blocking,cutting",such techniques and measures as S hole exploration and grouting,rockwall firmness with advanced small pipes and chemical grout applicable are applied during work progress to successfully complete auxiliary shaft excavating and lining. It can be used as a reference by other mine constructions with similar working environment.
