从某难选铷矿石中提取铷 被引量:9

Research on Rubidium Extraction from a Refractory Rubidium Ore

摘要 某难选铷矿石为花岗岩结构,Rb_2O含量为0.13%,铷主要赋存在铁锂云母和钾长石中,呈分散状态分布,很难通过选矿方法富集铷。为开发利用该矿石资源,采用火法—湿法冶金工艺进行了提铷工艺条件研究。结果表明,5级逆流碱浸的铷浸出率为93.87%,经过2轮4级逆流萃取—3级逆流反萃取,铷总萃取率达到98.50%、总反萃率达99.75%、铷总回收率92.23%,氯化铷结晶体的纯度为99.75%,产品符合市场质量标准。对焙烧熟料进行多级逆流碱浸,将铷的浸出与浸出液的除钙过程合并,简化了工艺流程,是此类矿石处理工艺的创新。 The structure of a refractory rubidium ore is granite,and the content of Rb_2 O was 0. 13%. Rubidium mainly occurred in zinnwaldite and potassium feldspar in a decentralized state,the rubidium-bearing minerals were very difficult to be enriched by beneficiation methods. In order to develop and utilize the ore,the pyrometallurgical method and hydrometallurgical method were adopted to extract rubidium. Results showed that the leaching rate of rubidium was 93. 87% after five-stage counter-current leaching,total extraction rate was 98. 50% after two-round four-stage extracting,back-extraction rate was 99. 75%after three-stage back-extracting,and total recovery rate of rubidium was 92. 23%. The purity of rubidium chloride product was99. 75% and can meet with market quality standard. Multistage counter-current leaching technology and removing calcium leaching process can simplify the rubidium extraction process,which is an innovative method to deal with this type of ore.
