摘要
基于某厂CSP冷却线后段超快速冷却系统改造项目,为了保护卷取设备、提高产品质量并保证生产的连续和稳定,采用基础自动化程序设计,优化了带钢位置跟踪控制功能,开发了后段超快速冷却过程带钢干头和干尾冷却工艺的控制方法。现场实际应用效果表明:该控制方法能很好地满足CSP后段超快速冷却过程中带钢头尾部冷却的工艺控制要求,控制精度较高,误差范围控制在±1m。
Based on the renovation project of the CSP cooling line rear ultra-fast cooling system in a factory, and in order to protect the crimp equipment, improve the quality of products and ensure the continuity and stability of the production, the function of strip position tracking control was optimized and the control method for the strip head-tail cooling process in the rear ultra-fast cooling process was developed by adopting the design of basic automation program. The effects of practical application show that the strip head-tail coolin~ control requirement is met well in the rear ultra-fast cooling process by using this control method, the control accuracy is high, and the range of error is controlled in -71 m-
