摘要
针对生产中连铸圆坯在开坯机轧制时容易出现倒钢、轧废的问题,提出了一种新的孔型系统,其在保证大压下量的同时,可大幅提高成材率,并在实际生产中取得明显效果。
To decrease the waste product rate in the CC round billet break-down rolling process, a new break-down pass design was proposed, and its details were also introduced. Not only the large reduction of break-down pass was achieved, but the metal yield was improved obviously.
