摘要
防皱辊可以有效减少低碳钢开卷后的横折缺陷,但其位置+负荷控制方式有一定的缺陷,本文解析了位置控制方程,描述了压下量、卷径、液压缸伸长量以及带钢包角之间的关系,并在此基础上优化了控制策略,指出卷径较小时应采用负荷控制,并给出了负荷控制模式下载荷的计算方法,解决了原负荷控制模式载荷依靠经验估算的问题。
Waist folding defect which across the strip surface would be decreased if the anti-crimping roll well worked, the positio- ning added constant load control strategy which widely used for anti-crimping roll had been bugged. Based on positioning control function, which described relationship between coil diameter, bending level, cylinder extension and wrap angle of the strip, opti- mized control method was constructed, which helps to figure out the cylinder pressure in constant load control strategy, and pointed out that positioning control should be changed to constant load control strategy when the diameter of the coil reduced to a certain level, this will improve the performance of anti-crimping roll.
