摘要 非接触式供电(CPS)有轨重载运输车(RGV)采用非接触供电技术,供电电缆埋在地下,很好解决了因环境、运输距离长及接触磨损所引起的安全和维护等相关供电难题。将非接触通信和定位技术应用于RGV上,再配以完备的安全保护系统,可实现非接触供电重载RGV在露天、复杂工况下的超长距离全自动稳定运行。在冶金、仓储、物流等各种重载物流领域有很好的应用前景。两年来的应用实例表明:超长距离、具有全自动运行功能的非接触供电重载RGV运行可靠,使用效果良好。 A rail guided vehicle (RGV) powered by the contactless power system (CPS) was introduced, in which the electric ca- ble was buried underneath the ground. It could give a good solution for the traditional electric power supply problems caused by environment, long transfer distance and wear, etc. Equipped with the full safety protection system, the contactless communica- tion technology and location technology, the RGV could run super long distance in the open air, in much complicated environ- ment automatically and smoothly. Therefore the RGV with contactless power supply had a bright future to be applied to various fields of heavy-load transportation, such as the metallurgy, storehouse storage and logistics, etc. This kind of RGV had been used more than 2 years and run very well.
