摘要
从连铸和轧制两方面,对热轧:疗钢角部横裂纹缺陷的产生原因进行了排查分析,得出了处于包晶反应的钢应避免在700~900℃脆性区进行连铸矫直,并通过一次冷却和二次冷却采用弱冷却、减缓加热炉中钢坯的加热速度等措施,可以避免热轧方钢角部横裂纹的缺陷。
The causes of transverse crcks on the corner of hot-rolled square steel were investigated from continuous casting process to hot rolling process. The result showed that the cracks were caused in the CC straightening process in the temperature of 700~900 ℃ ,where the peritectic reaction of steel was occurred. So the crack defect was avoided bY means of weak cooling in primary and second cooling area, lower heating speed in reheating furnace, etc.
