在役电站锅炉铸钢C12A堵阀的无损检测 被引量:1

摘要 堵阀主要用在电站锅炉的主蒸汽管道,再热蒸汽管道热段,再热蒸汽管道冷段,是电站锅炉蒸汽管道上十分重要的受压元件。高参数锅炉机组的堵阀材料主要采用铸钢C12A。针对该材料的特性和铸造特点以及在运行中产生的缺陷情况,本文提出在役电站锅炉铸钢C12A堵阀的无损检测最佳方案是磁粉检测加超声波检测,并详细介绍了在役C12A堵阀的磁粉检测和超声波检测方法。 Isolation valve is mainly used in the main steam pipes, reheating hot arc of steam pipes, reheating cold arc of steam pipes in utility boiler, is also an important pressure component in steam pipes of utility boilers. Isolation valve of high parameters in boiler is mainly made of the alloy steel casting C12 A. According to the features of material, casting characteristics, as well as defects in the operation, this article has pointed out that the preferred plan of NDT for C12 A isolation valve in in-service utility boiler is magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing. Moreover, it takes a introduction in detail of magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing used in C12 A isolation valve.
