摘要
分析列管式光气反应器换热管的主要失效模式,确定涡流检测方法为最适合的检测手段,本文研究如何提高换热管涡流检测精度,并对3台在用列管式光气反应器换热管开展涡流检测和内窥镜检测,提高了换热管检测精度,检测结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
By analyzing the main failure mode of tube reactor of phosgene synthesis, Eddy current testing is considered as the best method on tube inspection. This paper focuses on the detection accuracy improvement of tube eddy current inspection. We carry out Eddy Current Testing and endoscopy on three tube reactors of phosgene synthesis, during which the detection accuracy of tube eddy current inspection is improved and the result is consistent with theoretical analysis.
