试论《企业信息公示暂行条例》与档案行政管理部门的责任

On "Interim Regulation on Enterprise Information Disclosure" and the Responsibilities of Archive Administrative Departments

《企业信息公示暂行条例》明确规定了各级人民政府及相关职能部门、司法机关、其他具有管理公共事务职能的组织的义务和责任。该条例虽然没有提及档案行政管理部门的责任,但却有必要讨论。档案行政管理部门要在实际工作中担负起应有责任,这些责任包括指导、监督、检查、协调、规范、服务、公开、鉴定等。

＂Interim Regulation on Enterprise Information Disclosure＂clearly provides the duties and responsibilities of governments at all levels,judicial offices and other public affairs organizations. It is necessary to study the duties of the archive administrative department even though which are not mentioned in the regulation. We agree that these departments must shoulder such responsibilities as guide,supervision,inspection,coordination,standardization,service,and appraisal.
