Electronic Records Authenticity Evaluation Based on Digital Continuity

电子文件的真实性是影响电子文件凭证价值能否实现的重要因素,数字连续性思想有助于电子文件在其生命周期过程中始终保持其真实性。本文从数字连续性思想出发,首先简要介绍了国外数字连续性思想的发展概况以及电子文件真实性评估的基本理论,接着对数字连续性思想与电子文件真实性评估之间的联系进行归纳分析,并以此为基础,从人员、管理、技术、规范四个层面论述在电子文件真实性评估过程中,如何贯彻数字连续性思想,确保电子文件的真实性。

Electronic records authenticity is a key factor affecting the evidential value of electronic records.Digital continuity contributes to guarantee electronic records authenticity in the whole of life cycle. The authors first introduce the current achievements of digital continuity overseas and the basic theory on electronic records authenticity evaluation,followed by analyzing the relationships between these two. Finally,it is suggested to apply digital continuity to protect electronic records authenticity from four aspects：personnel,management,technology and standard.
