清代内务府呈稿档案文件类型辨析

Analysis and identify the file types of the Qing Dynasty NeiWuFu ChengGao archives

内务府呈稿是内务府堂日常处理的重要公文之一,是内务府所属各机构撰拟、报堂签署、归档存案的文稿,可反映内务府全部活动状况,具有很高的研究价值。但此前诸家对内务府呈稿的文件构成的叙述却多有混乱,弄清这一问题,对于我们更好地研究内务府及内务府的公文运行情况具有重要意义。笔者通过对中国第一历史档案馆藏30余万件内务府呈稿汉文档案进行梳理、分析、归纳,按内容、性质和处理方式等,将其文件类型分为呈行稿、呈报稿、呈存稿,并对其定义进行了辨析。希望这一问题的解决,可以推动内务府及其文书制度研究的进一步深化,并以之求正于方家。

Nei Wu Fu Cheng Gao is one of the important documents formed in the Nei Wu Fu daily processing,crafted,signed and filed by the Nei Wu Fu＇s various agencies,it can reflect the Nei Wu Fu all activity status,has very high research value. But in the previous,the researchers are very chaotic in the Nei Wu Fu documents. This problem is of great significance for us to better study the Nei Wu Fu and its documents of operation. The First Historical Archives of China has collected more than 300 thousands of Cheng Gao archives The author combs,analyzes,summarizes these archives,according to the content,nature and treatment options into file types of Cheng Xing Gao,Cheng Bao Gao and Cheng Cun Gao,and analyzes their definition and connotation. Hopefully it can promote further deepening of Nei Wu Fu and its record system and ask for advice from experts.
