榄香烯注射液联合放疗对肺癌脑转移患者血清MMP-2和MMP-9的影响

Influence of elemene injection combined with radiotherapy on the levels of serum MMP-2 and-9 in patients with brain metastases from lung cancer

目的观察榄香烯注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2和MMP-9水平的影响。方法将97例肺癌脑转移患者随机分为观察组49例和对照组48例,对照组接受单纯放疗,观察组接受榄香烯注射液联合放疗,比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(RR)81.63%高于对照组的58.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组血清MMP-2和MMP-9水平均显著降低,观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论榄香烯注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌的疗效显著,可显著降低血清MMP-2和MMP-9水平,且不良反应率低。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Elemene Injection combined with radiotherapy on patients with brain metastases from lung cancer and to analyze its effect on the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinases（ MMP-2） and MMP-9. Methods A total of 97 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group（ 49 cases） and control group（ 48cases）. The control group was given single radiotherapy and observation group was given Elemene Injection combined with radiotherapy. The clinical efficacy of 2 groups was observed and the levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment,the overall response rate was 81. 63% in observation group,higher than in control group（ 58. 33%）,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with treatment before,the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 of 2 groups decreased with a better degree in observation group（ P〈0. 01）. The occurrence of adverse reactions was lower in observation group than in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Elemene Injection,which can obviously reduce the levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9,combined with radiotherapy is effective in treating patients with brain metastases from lung cancer,with less adverse reaction.
