中国制造业服务化的就业效应影响

The Effects of Servitization of Chinese Manufacturing on Employment

随着中国制造业中生产者服务业元素的不断提升,就业结构也发生了重大的改变,利用1995～2010年的投入产出表数据,实证研究了二、三产业融合与服务业就业人口比重以及分行业就业人数变化等变量的关系,研究结果表明,在控制了市场竞争度以及城市化水平等因素后,制造业服务化水平与服务业从业人口比重显著的正相关,但对不同行业就业人口数变化的影响是不均衡的,在此基础上,就制造业服务化提出了相关政策建议。

With the improvement of service portion in Chinese manufacturing industry,the employment structure has shown significant changes,Using the data from input-output table of China（1995-2010）,we empirically analyze the relation between the industry integration and the service employment.and employment change of sub-industry.The research shows the degree of servitization is positive correlated with the service employment population,but the effects is unbalanced with respect to different tertiary industries.Based on the results,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
