摘要 脑微出血是脑小血管病的新型生物学标记物。随着神经影像学技术的不断发展,脑微出血相关研究越来越受到重视。对脑微出血与认知损害和卒中的相关性、影像学特点、病理学改变以及临床转归进行研究可为临床治疗决策提供重要依据。 Cerebral microbleeds are new biomarkers of the cerebral small vascular disease. With the development of neuroimaging techniques, the related research of cerebral microbleeds has been paid more and more attention. The research of the correlation between cerebral microbleeds and cognitive impairment and stroke, imaging features, pathological changes, and clinical outcomes can provide an important basis for clinical treatment decisions.
