水族语言书面化必经之路对1986年《水语拼音方案》(草案)几点建议

Shui Language Romanization Development: Suggestions on 1986's “Shui Phonetic Alphabet Program(Draft)”

在民族文化保护、语言资源数位化以及记录语言建档的需求下,贵州的少数民族水族,需要一套科学化的《水语拼音方案》来记录水语。本文针对20世纪80年代中期订定的《水语拼音方案》(草案),根据1957年国务院通过的《关于少数民族文字方案中设计字母的几项原则》,实验测定《水语拼音方案》(草案)中的音位的拼音字母设计是否合用,在实际记音使用的基础上,提出几点修订建议,以期解决未来记录水语、民族语言教学、标注古籍的困难,为修订完善《水语拼音方案》提供参考。

In these days people are quite aware of language documentation and cultural preservation. The Shui language in Guizhou has an ancient script, but a good phonetic alphabet program for transcribing it, particularly for future digital documentation and language devel- opment, is needed. Focusing on the 1986＇ s ＂Shui Phonetic Alphabet Program （Draft）＂, for the sake of the ＂Essential Principles for Creating a Minority Language Phonetic Alphabet Program＂, the author presents some advice on the oncoming program modification. It is hoped that it will be a good solution to the problems involved in the Shui language documentation, dictionary compiling and language education.
