Stigmatization of Grass-root Officials: Prevention and Correction

基层干部是加强基层基础工作的关键,本文着重归纳了基层干部污名化的表现形式为通过新媒体等形式虚情况、发泄不满、夸大事实、贬低诋毁,分析了污名化的主要原因有制度原因、社会矛盾激化、工作方法粗暴等,提出了防止污名化现象主要通过法治、发展、规范建设等方面的建议。

Grass -root officials are vulnerable to slander, abuse and incorrect depiction through new media. This paper analyzes the main causes concerned for their stigmatization, involving systems, social conflicts and work methods, and proposes some ways for improvement in terms of law, development and regulations.
