摘要
本文结合笔者多年媒体人事组织工作经验,对新闻采编人才培养展开深入的分析和研究,希望能够推动媒体事业发展,加强新闻媒体人才储备。
In this paper, the author years of media organization and personnel work experience, for news gathering talents training launches the thorough analysis and the research, hoping to promote the development of the cause of the media, strengthen media talent pool.
