本文介绍了我国原奶及乳制品生产情况,分析了我国原奶及乳制品安全质量以及管理现状,并探讨了当今安全质量问题的相关政策。
This paper describes the current situation of China＆#39;s raw milk and dairy products, analysis of the safety and quality of raw milk and dairy products, and the management of the status quo, and to explore the current security issues related to the quality of the policy.
