Effects of the comprehensivepre-pregnancy interventions on blocking infection from HIV single-positive spouse

目的分析HIV单阳配偶孕前进行特定信息咨询、配偶告知、高效抗逆转录病毒治疗等综合干预对HIV单阳配偶间传播的影响。方法对广西自治区贺州市八步区2012-2013年有生育计划的HIV单阳配偶进行孕前综合干预自然受孕后随访检测1年(152对),回顾性分析该地区2010-2011年自然受孕分娩的HIV单阳配偶孕前综合干预情况(151对)。结果 2012-2013年HIV单阳配偶妊娠分娩后阴性配偶阳转0例,2010-2011年HIV单阳配偶妊娠分娩后阴性配偶阳转7例,差异有显著性(P≤0.05)。结论对有生育愿望的HIV单阳配偶进行孕前综合干预能有效降低HIV单阳配偶间传播。

Objective We try to find out the effects of the comprehensivepre-pregnancy interventions,such as specified message consultant,informed the partner and highly active anti-retrovirus treatment,on blocking infection from HIV single-positive spouse.Method From 2012 to 2013,in Babu district,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,we have follow-up surveyed 152 pairs of HIV single-positive spouses who had taken comprehensive pre-pregnancy interventions before spontaneous pregnant for a whole year and have retrospective reviewed 151 pairs in 2010. Result There are 7 cases infected in 2010 but 0 case in 2012,considered significant（ P≤0. 05）.Conclusion The comprehensive pre-pregnancy interventions are able to effective block infection from HIV single-positive spouse.
