Burial bent type, in the tombs from Shang Dynasty to Western Zhou Dynasty in Nianzipo Site, is the most characteristic, which is a continuous integral and inseparable in clans. Now the owners of burial bent type that we have found in Western Zhou Dynasty belongs to the crowds except Zhou people. Since Zhou people didn' t adopt burial bent type, the clan of Nianzipo Site is by no means Zhou people. The concept of burial bent type in Nianzipo Site probably came from Yin Ruins. Compared with the other sites in the upper reaches of the Jing River, the Shang Dynasty remains in Nianzipo Site didn' t belong to Shang people clans or Oriental Nations such as Ruan and Gong. Whether they belongs to Rongdi or Binren can' t be judged. Per- haps it belongs to Mixushi, which have yet to be verified.
