中国的国际能源安全风险及其化解

Addressing China's Risks and Countermeasures of International Energy Security

未来十年将是中国国家发展的重要历史阶段,中国的综合国力和国际地位将进一步提升,在国际事务中的影响力也将进一步扩大。但同时也要看到,随着中国经济的持续快速发展,中国对能源的需求量也急剧增加,能源的对外依存度不断提高,使中国面临的国际能源安全风险问题持续凸显。通过分析中国目前面临的能源安全困境,本文认为中国面临的国际能源安全风险主要来自能源供给、能源运输和能源价格这几个方面,并分析解决这些问题的应对措施。

The coming ten years are very vital to China.With the development of comprehensive national strength,China will enlarge its influence on international affairs unceasingly.However,the energy demands and external dependence of China is increasingly raised,which made the risks of international energy security continuously increased.This paper analyzed the energy dilemma of China,deemed that the energy supply,transportation and price are the main problems for China＇s international energy security,and addressed the countermeasures.
