摘要
为了更好地控制水泥和混凝土的产品质量,在以往研究基础上,进一步完善了硅酸盐胶凝材料产物中可溶性碱含量的计算和控制方法。指出当硅酸盐胶凝材料产物的化学组成中(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)(Si-Al+2S-Fe)〈1.0时,应计算和控制(Na+K)(Al-2S+Fe)≤1.0且(Na+K)-(Al-2S+Fe)≤0;当(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)(Si-Al+2S-Fe)≥1.0时,应计算和控制(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)(Si-Na-K)≤X(为1.0~2.5或1.0~1.5)且Na+K-Si+(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)X≤0;指标值大于要求值时,指标值越低,表明产物中可溶性碱含量越少;指标值小于要求值时,指标值越低,表明产物中不含可溶性碱的可靠性越好。同时,进一步讨论了在水泥和混凝土配合比中计算和控制可溶性碱含量的应用方法。
In order to better control the quality of the cement and concrete, the method to calculate and control the soluble alkali content in silicate gelled products was further improved based on the previous research. The control range of chemical compositions of silicate gelled products is ( Na + K) / ( Al - 2 S + Fe ) ≤ 1.0 and ( Na + K) - ( Al - 2 S + Fe ) ≤ 0 in the case of ( Ca + Mg - 2 S - Fe ) / ( S i - AI + 2S-Fe) 〈1.0,(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)/(Si-Na-K)≤X(is 1.0~2.5orl.0-1.5)andNa+K-Si+(Ca+Mg-2S-Fe)/X ≤0 in the case of( Ca + Mg - 2S - Fe)/( Si - Al + 2S - Fe) ≥ 1.0.Higher than the required value, the lower controlling value is, the less con- tent the soluble alkali. Lower than the required value, the lower controlling value is, the better reliability the product free of soluble alka- li.And then the application methods to calculate and control the soluble alkali content in the mix ratio of cement and concrete were dis- cussed.
