摘要
再生粗骨料表面包裹有孔隙较大,且伴随着很多微裂纹的老化水泥砂浆,这将影响再生混凝土的工作性能和强度,因此,研究再生粗骨料表面砂浆附着含量、再生粗骨料吸水率及再生混凝土附加用水量之间的关系,对提高再生混凝土强度非常重要。通过对新疆地区I类和II类再生粗骨料进行试验研究,发现再生混凝土拌和用水量比天然粗骨料大,并得到再生粗骨料表面砂浆含量与附加用水量之间的关系,及其对再生混凝土强度的影响,为再生混凝土配合比设计提供参考。
Recycled coarse aggregate surface coated with porosity is larger, and with many micro cracks of cement mortar of ageing, which will affect the performance of recycled concrete and strength, therefore, the research of recycled coarse aggregate surface mortar adhesive content, water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate and recycled concrete, the relationship between the additional water is very important to improve the strength of recycled concrete.Through to the Xinjiang region class I and class II recycled coarse aggre- gate, experimental study found that recycled concrete mixing water consumption is bigger than natural aggregate, and additional water use of recycled coarse aggregate surface mortar content and the relationship between, and its effect on the strength of recycled concrete, provide a reference for the mix proportion design of recycled concrete.
