摘要
水泥砂浆是一种典型的脆性材料,为有效改善其韧性,降低其脆性,引入三维玻璃纤维连体织物来增强硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆,同时对其力学性能、抗冻融性和耐老化性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,三维玻璃纤维连体织物增强硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆的力学性能显著提高,抗弯曲强度和抗冲击强度分别提高至3倍和20倍左右;并且其抗冻融性优异,25次冻融循环后力学强度损失在5%以下;试件经过90 d的室外自然老化和50℃热水加速老化后,力学强度保留率仍在90%左右,耐老化性能良好。
Cement concrete is a typical fragile material, so it's important to improve its flexibility and reduce its brittleness. We used 3 D glass fiber fabric to reinforce sulphoaluminate cement and also tested its mechanical properties, freezing - thawing cycle resistance and ageing properties. The results show that the mechanical properties of 3D GRC are significantly improved, its flexural and impact strengths are about 3 and 20 times compared to the samples without any fiber.3D GRC also had good freezing - thawing cycle resistance and its strength retention rate is still around 90%after natural ageing in air and accelerated ageing in 50 ℃ water about 90 d, so 3D GRC had good ageing properties.
