摘要
利用陶粒为主要原材料生产陶粒混凝土轻质自保温砌块,其抗压强度能够满足MU5.0的要求,并对其砌筑墙体的传热系数进行了测试。研究表明,陶粒混凝土轻质自保温砌块墙体的实测传热系数能够达到0.53W/(m^2·K),满足JGJ 26—2010《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》中寒冷地区建筑节能的要求。
It is produced that the ceramsite concrete self - insulation block using ceramsite, which the compressive strength meet the re- quirements of MU5.0 ,and is also studied that the thermal insulating performance of the ceramsite concrete lightweight self- insulation block.The result shows that the heat transmission coefficient of ceramsite concrete self- insulation block masonry is 0.53 W/（ m2 ·K）, and it can meet the demands of energy - efficiency in cold zones of JGJ 26--2010.
