摘要
为了治理深圳河洪涝灾害,自20世纪80年代以来分三期实施并完成了深圳河治理工程。工程后河道边界条件改变,致使深圳河泥沙输移特性及淤积规律发生变化。实测资料表明目前深圳河干流河段基本达到冲淤平衡。本文通过回顾深圳河的治理过程,提出了对深圳河治理的几点认识,并提出今后对深圳河治理的相关建议。
In order to control of flood and waterlogging disasters from Shenzhen River,Shenzhen River Regulation Project is implemented and completed in three phases since the 1980 s. After the completion of the project,the boundary condition of the river channel is changed,thus leads to the changes of both the characteristics of the sediment transport and the sedimentation law of Shenzhen River. The observed data shows that the balance of erosion and deposition is basically realized along the main stream of the river. Through the review of the regulation process of Shenzhen River,a few viewpoints on the regulation of the river are put forward herein,and then some suggestions on the regulation of the river in the days to come are proposed as well.
