深厚透水坝基隐蔽大裂隙膨胀型堵漏浆研发及施工技术

摘要 深厚覆盖层坝基在固结和帷幕灌浆时常遇到隐蔽裂(缝)隙,浆液集中渗漏量大、处理难度大的问题。通过研究,采用含砂聚丙烯酸钠交连聚合物颗粒作为添加材料,并根据具体工程配置膨胀型堵漏浆。含砂聚丙烯酸钠交连聚合物颗粒遇水体积能膨胀100倍以上,能快速封堵坝基隐蔽大裂(缝)隙。在此基础上研究了堵漏浆的施工工艺,并在实际工程中得到应用,堵漏效果明显。此堵漏浆及其施工技术的研发可为已建和在建工程的渗漏治理提供经济有效的处理方案。 The problem of large concentrated leakage of grouting slurry, which is difficult to be treated, is often encountered du- ing the consolidation and curtain groutings of the hidden fissures in the dam foundation with deep overburden. Through the relevant research, the particle of sand contained sodium polyacrylate cross-linked polymer is adopted as the additive, and then the expan- sive plugging slurry is compounded according to the specific project. The volume of the particle of sand contained sodium polyacry- late cross-linked polymer can be expanded by over 100 times, if it encounters water, thus can rapidly block up those large hid- den fissures within the dam foundation. On the basis of this, the construction technology for the plugging slurry is not only stud- ied, but also applied to the actual construction with a significant plugging effect. The development and study of this kind of plug- ging slurry and its construction technology can provide an economic and effective treatment scheme for the seepage control of those existed projects or the projects under construction.
