补肺养阴法联合西医常规治疗对复治耐药性肺结核临床症状及治疗效果的影响

Influence of Applying Bufei Yangyin Methods Combined with Routine Western Medicine in Patients with Retreatment Drug-resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis on Clinical Symptoms and Therapeutic Effect

目的:研究补肺养阴法联合西医常规治疗对复治耐药性肺结核临床症状及治疗效果的影响。方法:将90例复治耐药性肺结核患者纳入研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组患者接受补肺养阴法联合西医常规治疗,对照组患者接受常规治疗,比较两组患者的痰菌转阴情况、肺功能情况以及免疫功能。结果:痰菌转移:治疗后1月、2月、3月时,观察组患者的痰菌转阴率高于对照组(80.00%vs 62.22%,88.89%vs68.89%,93.33%vs 77.78%);肺功能:观察组患者的PaO——2、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组[(94.98±11.24 vs 85.45±8.98)mm Hg,(89.31±9.36 vs 79.25±8.43)%],PaCO_2水平低于对照组(31.15±4.21 vs 44.62±5.73)mm Hg;免疫功能:观察组患者的CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平高于对照组患者(0.49±0.06 vs 0.41±0.05,1.65±0.23 vs 1.41±0.16),CD_8^+水平低于对照组(0.21±0.04 vs 0.29±0.07)。结论:补肺养阴法联合西医常规治疗有助于促进痰菌转移、改善肺功能和免疫功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To study the effect of Bufei Yangyin Methods combined with routine western medicine on clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of retreatment drug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 90 cases patients with retreatment drug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and controlled group. The observation group received Bufei Yangyin Methods combined with routine western medicine,the controlled group received routine western medicine. Then sputum negative conversion,pulmonary function and immune function were compared. Results： sputum transfer： 1,2,3months after treatment,sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group（ 80. 00% vs 62. 22%,88. 89% vs 68. 89%,93. 33% vs 77. 78%）; Pulmonary function： Pa O2,FEV1 /FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group [（ 94. 98 ± 11. 24 vs 85. 45 ±8. 98） mm Hg,（ 89. 31 ± 9. 36 vs 79. 25 ± 8. 43） % ]; Pa CO2 level was lower than those of the controlled group（ 31. 15 ± 4. 21 vs 44. 62 ± 5. 73） mm Hg; Immune function： CD4＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋level of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group（ 0. 49 ± 0. 06 vs 0. 41 ± 0. 05,1. 65 ± 0. 23 vs 1. 41 ± 0. 16）; CD8＋level was lower than those of the controlled group（ 0. 21 ± 0. 04 vs 0. 29 ± 0. 07）. Conclusion： Bufei Yangyin Methods combined with routine western medicine is helpful to promote sputum transfer,improve pulmonary function and immune function,improve therapeutic effect.
