瓜蒌薤白养心汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Gualou Xiebai Yangxin Decoction in Treating Coronary Angina Pectoris of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白养心汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将63例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,治疗组在西药治疗基础上以"瓜蒌薤白养心汤"口服,对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊和盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,疗程4周。观察两组中医临床疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效。结果:治疗组在中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效等方面优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),且无明显毒副反应。结论:瓜蒌薤白养心汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛临床疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Gualou Xiebai Yangxin Decoction in treating coronary angina pectoris of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods： Sixty- three cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by Gualou Xiebai Yangxin Decoction,and controlled group in which 30 cases were treated by Isosorbide Mononitrate and Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets,with a course of four weeks. The TCM syndrome and EKG were measured. Results： The clinical effects in TCM syndrome,angina pectoris and EKG were better in the treatment group than in the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Gualou Xiebai Yangxin Decoction is quite effective for coronary angina pectoris of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
