慢阴炎一方治疗肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎50例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Using Chronic VaginitisⅠDecoction to Cure 50 Cases of Senile Vaginitis of Kidney-Yin Deficiency Type

目的:观察慢阴炎一方内服加外洗方治疗肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:50例肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎患者采用慢阴炎一方内服加外洗方熏洗治疗,疗程为14天,观察临床疗效及带下症状变化情况。结果:14天疗程结束,治疗组总有效率为98.0%。组内治疗前后比较,带下量、色、味积分及总积分均明显减少(P<0.05),白带常规检查明显好转(P<0.05)。结论:慢阴炎一方内服加外洗方外用熏洗治疗肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎效果理想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of orally taking Chronic VaginitisⅠDecoction and using external wash to fumigate to treat senile vaginitis of kidney- Yin deficiency type. Methods： 50 patients who were up to standard with senile vaginitis of kidney- Yin deficiency type were treated by Chronic Vaginitis ⅠDecoction with orally taken and external wash fumigation for14 days to observe the change of patients＇ clinical symptoms and morbid symptoms before and after treatment. Results： From 50 cases of patients with senile vaginitis,after 14 days course of treatment,the total efficiency was 98. 0%; before and after the treatment group comparison,leucorrhea,color,flavor score and total score were significantly reduced（ P 〈0. 05）,leucorrhea routine examination significantly improved（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of using Chronic VaginitisⅠDecoction with orally taken and external wash fumigation to treat senile vaginitis is good,and this kind of treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
