摘要
研究了满足风能电缆使用要求的耐寒阻燃护套橡皮;探讨了配合剂体系、基体材料体系的选择;设计并优化了护套橡皮的配方;检测了胶片与成品护套橡皮的性能。结果表明:选取低氯含量CPE与较低乙烯含量EPDM共用来优化的护套橡皮,其耐寒阻燃性能优良,满足风能电缆护套橡皮使用要求;工艺性能满足生产要求;胶料性价比提升,降本效果明显。
This paper studies cold-resistant flame retardant sheath rubber meet the requirement of wind power cable and discusses the choice of compound system and substrate material system design and optimize the sheath rubber formula also test rubber and cable performance. The result shows that the selection of low chlorine content of CPE and low ethylene content of EPDM common to optimize the sheath rubber,cold-resistant flame-retardant has high performance,and suit for wind power cable and production process,the product cost performance promotion has a obvious effect.
