Phosphate Fertilizer Companies Achieve Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Through the Clean Production Audit

加强节能降耗减排管理是工业企业实现自身发展的内在要求。通过开展清洁生产审核工作,确定以节能降耗减排为目标,将燃煤锅炉改造、节酸新工艺开发、提高磷铵产能和两化融合能管中心项目设为本轮清洁生产审核的重点,针对审核重点制定了相应的定量的清洁生产审核目标。通过清洁生产方案的实施实现了节能降耗减排的目标,为其它磷肥企业提供了良好的借鉴。

Strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction management is the development of industrial enterprises realize their inherent requirement. A phosphate fertilizer enterprise plans to reach the aim of energy saving and emission reduction by carrying out the clean production auditing. The coal-fired boiler, sulfuric acid saving process, productivity improvement ammonium phosphate and combination of two energy control center project was set as the main focus of this cleaner production auditing. The aim of a quantitative clean production was also made. Through the practice of a clean production auditing scheme, this factory has achieved good benefits in both energy saving and emission reduction, and it provides a good reference for other fertilizer companies to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
