摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定塑料食品包装材料中间苯二甲酸二甲酯残留量的分析方法。样品经正己烷超声提取,浓缩定容后采用选择离子模式对其进行气相色谱-质谱分析,外标法定量。结果表明,塑料食品包装材料中间苯二甲酸二甲酯的检测限为0.01mg/kg,在0.01-0.5mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均添加回收率为93%-104%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重复性好,可满足塑料食品包装材料中间苯二甲酸二甲酯检测的需要。
A new method for determination of dimethyl isophthalate in food plastic packaging materials by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed. Dimethyl isophthalate in food plastic packing materials was firstly extracted with n-hexane by ultrasonic methods,and then determined by GC/MS.The limit of detection was 0.01mg/kg,the linear range was from 0.01-0.5mg/L,and the average recoveries were between 93%-104%. The results showed that the method is suitable for the determination of dimethyl isophthalate in food plastic packing materials.
