钛化物对中钛高炉渣流动性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Titanium Compounds on the Fluidity of Medium-titanium Slag of Blast Furnace

摘要 采用多功能熔体物性测定仪研究不同条件下TiO_2和TiC对中钛高炉渣流动性能的影响规律,分析高炉不同风口区域的含钛炉渣黏度变化规律。结果表明,在还原性气氛条件下,中钛高炉渣的黏度-温度曲线有明显的转折点,且黏度随TiO_2含量的增加而增加,炉渣熔化性温度随TiO_2含量的增加而升高。中性气氛下,中钛高炉渣的黏度和熔化性温度随TiO_2含量增加均降低。中钛高炉渣的黏度和熔化性温度随炉渣中TiC含量的增加急剧升高。高炉风口区域炉渣中含有的TiC和TiN含量较高,导致该区域炉渣的稳定性差。研究结果可为高炉生产制定合理的中钛高炉渣操作制度提供理论依据。 The effect of TiO2 and TiC content on the melting properties of medium-titanium slag at different conditions was investigated using tuyere areas of blast furnace (BF) melting properties instrument (RTW) was measured. The results show that, ~ And the viscosity of slag in the under a reducing atmosphere, the viscosity of the medium-titaniun slag has an obvious turning point with changing temperature. The melting temperature of the slag increases with increasing TiO2 content of the slag. However, under a neutral atmos- phere, both the viscosity and melting temperature of the slag decrease with increase in the content of TiO2. The viscosity and melting temperature of the slag also increase sharply as the content of TiC increases. The slag in the tuyere areas has poor stability because of the high TiC and TiN content of slag. The results can be used as reference for choosing proper operation system of medium-titamium slag in blast furnace.
