摘要
针对重钢含[V+Ti]0.28%的铁水在转炉冶炼过程中,由于钒、钛氧化物的作用,使其炉渣完全熔化温度较普通铁水低、引起炉衬侵蚀严重、炉龄降低的问题,开展了控制炉渣中TFe含量调整炉渣熔化性温度的相关研究。在实验室研究了不同碱度下,含一定钒、钛氧化物的炉渣TFe含量与炉渣完全熔化温度的关系,得出与普通铁水炉渣过热度相当的合适TFe含量控制范围,并对其进行工业性生产试验。结果表明:当含V_2O_5+TiO_2为4%、R=4.5的炉渣、TFe控制在21%、MgO为9%时,炉渣过热度可达与普通炉渣相当,并同时满足高效脱磷率的要求。
The hot metal produced by Chonggang has 0.28% vanadium-titanium content, therefore the slag complete melting um oxide in smelting temperature is lower than that of common slag due to the action of vanadium-titani- process. As a result, furnace lining is subject to serve erosion and leads a shorter campaign life. In order to address these issues the related research on adjusting slag melting temperature by controlling TFe content was carried out. The relationship between TFe content of slags containing va- nadium-titanium oxide and slags complete melting temperature was studied in laboratory by using different basicity of slags. Based on the experimental results approriate content of TFe was obtained and plant trials were carried out. Industrial results indicated that when vanadium-titanium oxide was 4%, bacisity was 4. 5 ,TFe was 21% and MgO was 9%, superheat of the studied slag were equal to that of common slag, and meet high requirements of efficient dephosphorization as well.
