某型防暴弹爆炸装药安全性研究 被引量:3

摘要 对防暴弹微量装药近距离爆炸的安全性研究提供了研究方法,利用最小自由能法计算出某型防暴弹装药爆炸产物的平衡组分,利用盖斯定律计算出防暴弹装药的定容爆热,利用冲击波超压经验公式计算出爆炸装药药量分别为5 g、10 g、15 g、20 g时,冲击波超压随距爆心距离R的变化曲线。根据人体所能承受的冲击波超压及弹体结构设计要求,确定该防暴弹爆炸装药药量为16 g,计算距爆心0.1 m处的冲击波超压为9.76,不会对人体产生超压伤害。 The methods to calculate the equilibrium composition of explosion products from certain type Anti-riot grenade explosive charge was put forward based on the minimum free energy method, and the constant volume explo- sion heat of Anti-riot grenade explosive charge was calculated with Hess law. The overprcssure curves with the dis- tance R were calculated with empirical formula on the case of explosive charge 5 g, 10 g, 15 g and 20 g. According to the human being ability to withstand the overpressure of blast wave and the requirements of projectile structure, the explosive charge was designed as 16 g. The shock wave overpressure was 9.76 kPa at the spot 0.1 meter far from the explosion center,which won't make damage to the human beings.
