摘要
为了培养适应时代需要,具有创新意识、创新思维及创新能力和工程实践能力的高素质工程技术人才,结合精密测量科研成果,提出了基于精密测量科研成果的大学生综合创新能力培养模式,并进行了初步实施。结果表明,这种模式可充分利用科研成果培养在校大学生的综合创新能力,使科学研究和教书育人结合起来,相互促进。
For the purpose of cultivating high quality engineering technology talents with the abilities of innovation awareness,innovation thinking,innovation ability and engineering practice according to the need of the modern era,a cultivating mode of comprehensive innovation ability for undergraduates based on the scientific research outcomes of precision measurement was presented.The mode has been practiced and the results show that the undergraduates' comprehensive innovation ability has been cultivated by utilizing fully the scientific research outcomes.The scientific research and cultivating undergraduates can be incorporated and promoted mutually.
