三维数字图像相关法测量氧化锆陶瓷的弹性模量 被引量:5

Measuring elastic modulus of ZrO_2 ceramics based on three-dimension digital image correlation

摘要 利用三维光学应变测量系统(ARAMIS 3D)采集不同载荷下的氧化锆陶瓷的数字图像,并进行相关计算获得了三维应变云图,测得了氧化锆陶瓷的压缩弹性模量。实验结果表明,利用数字图像相关技术可以为脆性的陶瓷材料力学性能提供一个可靠的研究途径。 Three-dimension optical strain measurement system was used for the measurement of elastic modulus of ZrO_2 ceramics.Firstly,the digital images were captured under different loads by using optical strain measurement system,and then the three-dimension strain nephogram was obtained through the correlation operation.The experimental results indicate that the three-dimension digital image correlation can be applied for the measurement of elastic deformation of brittle ceramics,which can accomplish the three-dimension displacement and strain field effectively and reliably.
