探讨实验教学示范中心建成后工程训练亟待解决的问题 被引量:8

摘要 在分析实验教学示范中心建成后存在的问题的基础上,提出了高校工程训练教学改革的方向,如建设分类、层次化的实验教学体系,满足实验教学实践性和综合性的要求;建立学生工程训练的自主开放平台,满足开放性和学生个性化训练要求;注意吸引高学历的教师从事实践教学等。特别指出校企合作有助于解决工程训练的一系列问题,是一个值得尝试的改革方向。 Based on the analysis of the problems after completion of the teaching experimental demonstration center,this paper points out the direction of the teaching reform in engineering training,as a result,the teaching system of the different levels and category should meet the requirements of practicalness and comprehensiveness;the contraction of the open and autonomic platform in engineering training fulfills the requirements of openness and personalization in students' training.At the same time,this paper suggests that it is needed to pay attention to absorbing highly educated teachers into practical teaching,and that the cooperation between schools and enterprises,which is worth a try,is helpful in solving a series of problems in engineering training.
