基于管制联合运行的雷达管制课程改革与实践

Reform and practice of Radar Control course based on air traffic control collaborative operation

为解决当前民航院校"雷达管制"课程只以进近雷达管制为教学重点,缺少管制程序、扇区间协作、管制单位间协调等内容,中国民航大学空中交通管理学院雷达管制课程组对"雷达管制"课程进行了持续的课程改革,从管制联合运行的角度出发,对雷达管制教学知识要点进行了重新的梳理与总结,并对当前教学中单一进近运行环境进行了空域的优化与拓展,构筑了雷达管制联合运行平台。通过对雷达管制模拟练习体系的重新规划与设计,最终形成一系列标准化教学材料。

At present,the Radar Control course at most civil aviation universities is focused on single approach control and lack of control procedures,collaborations between sectors,and co-ordinations between control units and so on.In order to solve these problems,the research group of Radar Control in College of Air Traffic Management in Civil Aviation University of China conducts a curriculum reform of Radar Control course.From the view of air traffic control collaborative operation,the research group collates and summarizes the radar control knowledge points over again;optimizes and develops the operation environment,and builds a radar control operating platform;through the re-planning and re-designing of the simulation training system for radar control,finally a series of standard teaching materials are completed.
