摘要
目的探讨MMP-9、TIMP-1在还原性谷胱甘肽防治高原放射性肺损伤小鼠的表达。方法 100只BALB/c小鼠随机分为5组,预防性予GSH,在医用直线加速器下建立RILI实验动物模型,不同时间获取标本。ELISA检测MMP-9、TIMP-1表达,HE染色观察病理变化。结果 15 Gy剂量照射下,使用GSH后MMP-9表达上调,较单纯照射组下降(P<0.05),而30 Gy下,MMP-9表达上调且较15 Gy+GSH组低。TIMP-1表达较单纯照射组升高,30 Gy剂量下GSH防治作用弱(P<0.05)。结论 GSH具有对RILI的防护作用,可促进损伤恢复。
Objective To discuss the expression of MMP-9、TIMP-1 by the prevention and control of GSH in mice with radiation- induced lung injury in plateau. Methods 100 BALB / c mice were randomly divided into 5groups.RILI experimental animal model was set up under the medical linear accelerator with GSH.The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was detected by ELISA,and HE staining was used to watch pathological change.Results The expression of MMP- 9 raised after use of GSH,and decreased relatively simple exposure group with 15 Gy( P〈0.05),but it was lower in 30 Gy than 15 Gy+GSH.The expression of TIMP-1 raised comparing to simple exposure group,and it was low of prevention and cure function in 30 Gy( P〈0.05).Conclusion It had preventtion on RILI of GSH,and promoted injury recovery.
