摘要
益智主产于海南,为我国四大南药之一,用于脾寒泄泻、腹中冷痛、口多唾涎、肾虚遗尿、小便频频,遗精白浊等症。该文检索了国内外学者对益智研究的文献,并对益智从本草考证、生药学研究、化学成分、栽培、品质研究到药理研究情况进行了综述,为更好地开发和利用益智提供理论依据。
Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. has been used as most Chinese medicine in south for the treatment of intestinal disorder,urosis,diuresis,ulceration and dementia since ancient times. Researches conducted for decades on cultivation,chemical composition and pharmacological aspects of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. were reviewed, aiming at providing theoretical materials for development and use of Alpinia oxyphylla,and references for medicine further development researches.
