他克莫司联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征疗效评价

Tacrolimus Combined with Low Dose of Corticosteroids in Treating Children with Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

目的观察他克莫司联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法将46例难治性肾病综合征患儿分为观察组25例和对照组21例。观察组采用他克莫司联合激素治疗,对照组采用单纯激素治疗。结果两组患儿治疗2周后24 h尿蛋白明显下降,但观察组起效更快;随访6个月,观察组症状总缓解率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司联合激素治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征起效快,缓解率高,疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus combined with low dose corticosteroids in treating children with refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 46 cases of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups,the observation group was given tacrolimus combined with hormone therapy,and the control group received hormone therapy only. Results After treatment for 2 weeks, the 24 h urine protein of the two groups were significantly decreased, but the observation group showed faster onset. In the follow- up after 6 months, the remission rate of symptoms in the observation group was 84. 00%, which was significantly higher than 57. 14% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with hormone in treating children with refractory nephrotic syndrome has more rapid onset,and the remission rate is higher,the clinical efficacy is significant.
